The things listed below are items that I deem interesting or notable enough to be mentioned here. Many of the items here will be related to video games, but they seem interesting enough to me to talk about them separately here.
I picked this up recently from Aliexpress (I purchased it on 15 June 2026 and it arrived on 24 June 2026) to dump my physical games because I don't pirate. I didn't build it myself because I've never actually used an Arduino before and I would have probably messed something up. I did pay $98.96 USD for it, though, but it's the price to pay for not pirating. You basically plug in the game cartridge that you want to dump the ROM or save file of and then menu through some dumping options via a knob. It then copies the ROM to an inserted SD card. I don't have a spare SD card lying around, but I did dump stuff by using my Wii U's SD card. I've dumped a SNES game and a GBC game that I have so far. I tried dumping an NES game but the pins are loose (contact me on how to fix this if you know how to because I'm a n00b at this type of hardware) and it wasn't properly read. That may be because one can hear things moving around in the cartridge if you tilt it, which isn't good by any means. Anyway, below is a photo of the cartridge dumper.
